The light seems a little harsh but you did well, Angus!
Look like you have a sharp 600/4 even with 2x on ... Rest your mind and enjoy your photography! ::)

kk, thanks for you comments and earlier advises on my problems. I am a bit relieved about the lens' performance in the field. Somehow, my lens seems to do better with a 2x (or even stacked converters), than with a 1.4x. :( Perhaps its not too bad for me, because I like loooooong lens... ;D
