I am not a experienced birder. It did not look like a Buzzard to me. I will consider it as a black kite. ....?!!

This is indeed a Bonelli's Eagle.

Can "guest" or Mike or anyone share how you tell this is a Bonelli's Eagle instead of buzzard?

Dear all,

You can note the difference on several parts.

Secondary feathers - These feathers are in dark colour with bars. Common Buzzard is generally pale, although plumage of Common Buzzard can be highly varied.

Underparts - Colour of underwing coverts, breast, belly are warm rufous. Although Common Buzzard also varies in plumage, it would be either in pale brown (like tea with milk) or very dark.

Lack of dark carpal joint patch - Common Buzzard has a blackish patch on the carpal join. This bird does not have it.
