The first image is Chinese Bulbul (白頭鵯). :)

The head is quite sharp, although the wings are blurred because of the shutter speed. Funny capture. :)

You are doing well with these swift subjects! :P I would practise with some slower moving ones first (such as egrets, kites etc), your standards are high! ;D

Daniel,

你仔細看一下第二張：
1.簡單接近單色的背景.
2.張開的尾羽.
3."V"型有動感的翅膀.
4.閃亮的眼睛.
所以就只欠清晰的焦點！ ;)加油！
