This bird was pointed out to me by another birder in the hide (Pond 16/17) yesterday.  There were two birds sighted amongst a group of Greenshanks and Redshanks.Both in non-breeding plumage. Neil.

Mai Po Marshes,HK.
11.00am,6th September,2005

Olympus 7070wz plus Swarovski ATS80HD scope and 20-60x zoom and DCA adapter.
iso 80,1/250sec,f4.8, comp 0.0, 30x on the scope and 2.2x in the camera.
