I took this at MPNR last weekend with the 500mm f4 IS lens on the 1D mk II body. Often the flycatchers will stay put but there were a pair that insisted on moving ahead of me all the time until I managed to reel off a couple of frames. This one shows the yellow base of the lower mandible really well.
