Heavily cropped, but just wanted to let you know we have them on Lamma as well.
There's a pair of them can be seen quite often.
Today one passed very high, and then the second came about 5 minutes later a little closer.... this was my best effort....... :-[

So many shots of these birds these days so don't have to worry about hordes of photographers charging over to Lamma.

So here are a few shots from Saturday. Light was terrible.

One of them suddenly appeared above me & took me by surprise......., which is why I only have an outgoing shot......

After a while he/she came back past me looking for it's mate, but was a long way away. They both returned about 10 mins later, but were still fairly distant, so are pretty heavy crops & harshly sharpened............

How did you get above the bird ?, did you climb the power station chimney again
