The weather & light has been lousy recently & posting an image of this Pacific Reef Egret [Dark Morph) is most appropriate.
The bird has a foul temperament & always looks grouchy. In the harbour it's always harrassing the Little Egrets & whenever one of its own comes around they are similarly grumpy.
When at rest they look really miserable.

So......., dull bird, gdull background, dull weather, dull mood

Don't understand what you have written, but good to see another Lamma photographer of birds in here....... looking forward to see yr pics....... the Blue Monarch might be a good one to start :P

Another shot from today. this chap had just snatched the fish from a Little Egret it was harrassing & was marching across the pier with his reward.
