Dear Richard,

Nice capture... but this looks like a Common Buzzard 普通鵟。 ::)

Your bird has yellow cere, dark bib. Maybe juvenile - upperparts are brown with whitish mottling. Rounded tail, uppertail shows even-width narrow dark bands.
