The richly-coloured crown, upperparts and lower flanks, and the extensively-barred underparts indicate this is a Bull-headed Shrike. See also:

Can you let me know where abouts in Sai Kung you saw the bird. Precise location would be great as I would like to to visit the area to see if the bird is still there.
