Is this the one just above the open-air bar/cafe? It's been there since early December.

Yeah, saw two of them at the hillside in the mid between the cafe and enterance.

Very interesting birds, they first find some station point, then fly out for a circle, and last back to the same station point, repeating again and again. Seems food hunting?
