Owen,

I think it's probably a Hainan Blue Flycatcher.
Blue-and-White Flycatcher has a dark upper breast and very clear cut between black upper breast and white lower breast. Also the feet of Blue-and-White is darker.

um.... the same question I'd ask an expert in the carpark today and he think that it's normal for a blue and white. hope some others expert can help confirm the id of this flycatcher.

Were there any white patches in the tail- a feature of blue-and-white flycatcher? I can't make any out in the photo.

I think the colour of the leg is a key point.
I agree with the Hainan Blue Flycatcher

Many Many Thanks ptarmigan, with your guide I check thru all photos in OBI compare with B & W and Hainan and it show that the legs of B & W is a lot darker.

Very happy as I got a new bird on my record. ;D ;D
