Lovely photos. I was watching some Red-Necked Stints feeding towards the Deep Bay Hides last Friday when a group of noisy school children turned up and all the birds flew away . I hope I get another chance. Neil.

KK, you are true that it was sunny in the early morning but turned cloudy, shady and finally dusky at around 10:00am. By the way, maybe I should adjust more curve of these photos to make them be brighter.

About the annoying atmosphere that day, I can show you by posting another shot of pied kingfisher later. The bird is not very far from the hide but you cannot see any details of her.

So these shots were taken on the receding tide well after 10 am that day then!  :(

It does look a bit under. Brightening up would help, Daniel!

From an aesthetic perspective, brightening up the photos may be preferable, but from the perspective of colour accuracy and feather detail I'd say these pictures are excellent.

Thanks for David's appreciation and encouragement. ;D

Sometimes I am in doubt if it is too boring to show the common bird photos here. ::)

Nevertheless, I hope my works and the others can simulate more people like me to take and share more stunning photos here.;D
