嘩! 螳螂捕蟬,黃雀在後!?
不過呢隻似係淡腳柳鶯 Pale-legged Leaf Warbler.

Nice photos.

However, this bird is a Pale-legged/Sakhalin Leaf Warbler, not Arctic. I think it's the same bird I saw at Mai Po on September 17th also, near the Brown-chested Flycatcher site??

Well, your photo shows the key points..

Grey crown contrasting with greener mantle & wings

Double wing-bar

Shortish dark bill

Very pale legs

This combination of features is not shown by Arctic Warbler.

We took its photos on the road which the grass was
cutted near WWF center.

These are two different birds (note the lack of a median covert wing bar on the top bird). The leg colour on the top bird is wrong for PLLW, it looks like an Arctic W to me.

Oops - I didn't really look at the top photo and based my observations solely on the second shot!!

I agree for your ID because it may maxed with Arctic W.
