In adult plumage, the male should not be too difficult to separate. I guess information on juvenile like this one is rare. That is why this photo could be of some importance. In Wuyuan, Swinhoe's Minivet breeds at lowlands (below 100 m). I believe Ashy Minivet has not been recorded there. HF Cheung |
