Re Hello !
Is-it the same bird also called Grey-capped Woodpecker ?
Is-it the endemic ssp Dendrocopos canicapillus kaleensis ?

Yes. Grey-capped Woodpecker or Grey-capped Pygmy Woodpecker or Grey-headed Pygmy Woodpecker, but I'm not sure the ssp.
