let try something new , I have taken 612 (120 film body ) for scenery to Kenya too.

Rodenstock 75mm lens , with RDPIII .

Seems that you are greedy to bring many gears to Kenya in a 3 weeks trip. Don't talk about your switching camera & lens during the critical moment in the safari......hehehe

BTW, would Forrest arrange a Kenya trip or other overseas bird photo show for the member ???

Yes Daniel, it up to my physical limit la :P do it when I still can .

200-400VR will be my dream lens if I go again ;)

Yes 200-400VR should be a good choice for Kenya trip. When I had been there, I was using the Nikon F100 + AFS300/4.

Did you carry all your gears as handcarry luggage?
香港 check-in 時要磅手提行李，經一翻波折後才比手提十七公斤上機。 :) :)
