For members' interest.

As a part of the HKBWS Waterbird Monitoring Programme, HKBWS have invited two representatives from the National Bird Banding Centre (NBBC) of the State Forestry Administration, Mr Chu Guozhong and Ms Hou Yunqiu, Director and Deputy Director of NBBC.

They will offer a talk on "Bird ringing in China mainland in the last 21 years", which will be held at 2:00pm on 28 February 2003 (Saturday).  The event will be conducted in Mandarin.
