Dear Members of HKBWS,

We will start the second's years Winter Bird Survey this winter. There will be a briefing session on 31 Oct 2002 (Thrusday) at the HK Observatory. We need both experienced and semi-experienced surveyors. Please contact me at 6131-8520 or come to the meeting.
