I would just like to report that at low tide there are a large number of Black-faced Spoonbill on the river mudflats besides Wetland Park, near the Fire Station.

They appear not to be disturbed by the traffic noise or sirens on the fire engines

KK,

Instead of going into Wetland Park (need permit etc) try on the oposite side of the river, from memory you can drive your car right up to a public walkway and they are very close

I haven't been there, but will they be disturbed if everyone goes there to see them?
