A total of 127 Black-faced Spoonbills were counted in Mai Po this afternoon.

Good News.

The HKBWS Spoonbill study Group has been very keen to work out the age structure of BF Spoonbill. For example is these early birds mainly immature birds? When do they moult? These two questions can be answered by photos of BF Spoonbill, especially the flight photos. So please help the Spoonbill if you can. Keep posting good photos of the Spoonbills.

I would really like to know, could that lonely BFS join back the team? May be need to wait until Spring to find out..
