anyone see the difference between the 2 birds?
one has a black face and the other doesn't.
it this how we differentiate a juv and adult bird? sorry still learning how to ID. ::) ::)

Check your bird guide as to the differences between Black-faced Spoonbill and Eurasian Spoonbill

thx just discuss the difference with a friend... guess its more likely to be a Eurasian.

btw the book says a juv BFS has less extensive black face. Does it mean less black or completely white like the above picture?
