Thanks to the tips of Owen! I went straight to Ma Lui Shui and hopped on the ferry in the morning!

#1 Bouy A
The once crowded bouyance was occupied by egrets...and ONE black naped tern was spotted

Here they are! 30 balck naped terns were located here and a few were flying around.
