Mail Order Service |

1. Welcome to use the Mail Order Service when purchase amount over HK$200. |
|
|
2. Total amount includes total product price, postage fee and administration fee. |
|
|
3. 5% of the total product price and postage fee will be charged by HKBWS as administration |
|
|
|
|
|
Shopping Steps: |
|
|
Step 1: Complete the Order Form and send it to HKBWS at (order@hkbws.org.hk) |
|
|
Step 2: An email notification stating your order reference number and the total amount will be received through email. |
|
|
Step 3: Payment method |
|
|
a. Credit card/ PayPal: 5% extra handling fee will apply upon the total amount. (Collected by Credit cards and PayPal company)
b. Cheque: Mail the crossed cheque ( Payable to “The Hong Kong Bird Watching Society”) to HKBWS, please state the order reference number, contact person and phone number on the cheque.
c. Transfer: Transfer the total amount to HKBWS bank account, “Bank Of China (Hong Kong)”, then send back the payment advice through email or fax with personal information.

Step 4: An email notification will be sent to you when the amount is confirmed. HKBWS will arrange the smart post service immediately and you will receive the package within 7 to 10 working days. |

Notice: |

1. For online transfer (after bank business hour), 1 more working day would be needed to confirm receipt of payment. |
|
|
2. For inter-bank online transaction, 2 - 3 working days are needed to confirm receipt of payment. (e.g: Transfers payment from Hang Sheng Bank to bank account of Bank of China.) |
|
|
3. For transfer via ATM after bank business hour, 1 more working day would be needed to confirm receipt of payment. |
|
|
4. For transfer via Cheque Machine after bank business hour, 1 more working day would be needed to confirm receipt of payment. |
|
|
5. For international payment, 3 - 4 working days are needed to confirm receipt of payment. |

Return Policy: |
|
|
1. Should customer wish to return any flawed product, all requests must be made within seven days, and all returned goods must be in good conditions & description like quantity / packaging / accessories must be consistent with the invoice. Otherwise, there will not be any written off. |
|
|
2. Customers are required to arrange all return delivery, HKBWS shall not arrange this service. |
|
|
3. Return request depends upon HKBWS office’s opening hours. No handling nor acceptance will be catered during non-office hours, overtime or over the period that mentioned above. |
