食晏行過見到佢跌左喺地下，郁都唔郁。因為附近喺玻璃幕牆大廈，估計好有可能係撞玻璃。驚佢比人踩到，於是用紙巾執起佢放入草叢，好采隔咗一陣佢識得自己飛上樹。希望冇大礙啦!

As this was in Tai Kok Tsui adjacent to Mong Kok, I would have thought this is very likely to be an escape. I have seen collared finchbill in bird markets previously.

It also looks to me like there may be an injury or infection on the left foot and perhaps damage to the right wing. Highly likely to be an escape I think.
