is dog allowed to join the outing? ( it's a quiet dog )

I don't think so. Even a quiet dog can get mad at a bird nearby.

為鼓勵年青人參與觀鳥活動，18歲或以下學生參加不需報名的活動，費用由港幣$30減至$10。
For students equal or below 18, registration fee will be decreased from HK$30 to HK$10.
