Hope we id it right, no other gulls i could find has this colour pattern...matches with the drawing in the book very well, probably a 2nd-winter one?

Hi Beetle, you posted it so fast! I'm just back home, started to relax.

I was the one with Tak, without glasses, with green long-sleeved T-shirt and a green Nikon scope.

Nice birding day with you all. Hope we can meet very soon!

I hope it's really a Pallas's gull, though whatever it is should be my new tick to me!

Yup, A Pallas's indeed. They are very distinctive gulls!!
