Located adjacent to the High Court in Admiralty, the park was founded in 1991, and is one of the largest urban parks in Hong Kong. It has the largest greenhouse in South-east Asia in which temperatures are regulated. Slopes in the parks provide good views of most of the common species at eye-level. It is one of the best places in Hong Kong to watch the largest flock of feral Sulphur-crested Cockatoo globally, which is originate from Indonesia. Sadly, it is facing massive decline in its homelands.
