Please find enclosed the poster of the conference on "Avian Flu : Social and Anthropological Perspectives".
As you can see, each panel has four speakers. Every speaker is allowed twenty minutes of presentation and ten minutes of questions. There will be a coffee break after the third speaker, and a roundtable discussion after the fourth speaker, animated by the chairman.
The room we have, although comfortable, is quite restrained (around 70 seats). Please tell the people who might want to join the public that they should come at the beginning of each panel.
