Independent Auditor's Report for the general Charitable Fund-Raising Activities   
The Social Welfare Department has issued a Public Subscription Permit(Code:2014/347/1) to The Hong Kong Bird Watching Society to organise a fund-raising activity for the project "Hong Kong Got Fishpond - Eco-fishpond Management Agreement Scheme 2013-2015" on 14 December 2014 at On Hing Playground, Yuen Long.
