Orange-Headed Thrush - Please help ID Gender

Orange-Headed Thrush - Please help ID Gender

Location: Sun Yet-Sen University, Guangzhou
Date: 06/10/2013

I have been told by the local birders that this is a female, however, I have done a lot of research on the internet but cannot be conclusive on the gender .. Your help is much appreciated.

I would say that the blue-grey mantle on this bird make it a male. Females are olive-brown above.
