It looks more like a Brown Shrike to me.

Thanks for pointing out. The feathers on the top of the head and the chest seem to be less as brown as the bull-head's. Let me know if this is not the identifying feature or if there are other features which are more prominent.  Pete

Bull-headed Shrike is more rufous on the cap and usually contrast to grey mantle.
Female of BHS would be less solid black at ear covert.
