香港觀鳥會舉辦的「全港麻雀普查」踏入第九年，今年繼續誠邀公眾參與普查，於全港18區一起「數麻雀」，為本地城市鳥類研究建立重要數據庫。

 

普查路線一如既往覆蓋全港18區，分佈於不同土地利用區，例如：工業區、住宅區、鄉村地區、農業區等，所以無論你居住於市區或鄉郊地區都可以參與！

 

無觀鳥經驗？第一次接觸雀鳥調查？

 

沒問題！麻雀普查著重推廣公民科學，即使沒有觀鳥經驗都可參與，爲城市雀鳥研究出一分力！我們亦會安排網上及實地考察訓練，為調查做好準備。

[Sparrow Census 2026 Surveyor Recruitment]

It’s the 11th anniversary of the Hong Kong Sparrow Census organized by the Hong Kong Bird Watching Society! Has the quality of life for sparrows in Hong Kong improved over the past decade?

This year, we continue to invite the public to participate in the census as citizen scientists, helping us count sparrows across all 18 districts. We will provide both online and field training, so you can join in even if you have no prior birdwatching experience!

As always, the survey routes cover various land-use areas throughout the 18 districts, including industrial, residential, rural and agricultural areas etc. This means that whether you live in the city or the suburbs, you can participate!

Survey Period | May 8 to 18, 2026*
*Surveyors only need to conduct a 1-hour survey on one morning within the period
Target Audience | Public aged 12 and above (Participants aged 11 and below must be accompanied by a parent or guardian)
